Syheed Fields '96, DBA, is proud of how his Bloomsburg experience has helped shape him into the man he is today, but he also recognizes that not everyone has the same opportunities as he did. That is why he has established the Dr. Syheed Fields Scholarship to support students from culturally, educationally, or economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

As someone who has faced similar challenges himself, Syheed knows how difficult it can be to pursue a higher education without the necessary financial means or support system.
